Thoma Bravo acquires Ping Identity for USD 2.8 Billion. Kirkland & Ellis served as legal advisor to Ping Identity with Shibolet & Co. acted as Israeli counsel. Goodwin served as legal counsel to Thoma Bravo in this monumental deal. Herzog, Fox & Neeman represented autonomous unmanned aircraft systems developer – Airbotics, in its acquisition by Ondas.

Peregrine Ventures unveils new consortium, which includes Shaare Zedek Medical Center, represented by Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co., to invest in medical startups.

Yigal Arnon -Tadmor Levy  represented US company Human Security, as Israeli counsel with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Fenwick & West represented Israeli startup PerimeterX in the merger.

Allied Universal becomes a global leader in electronic monitoring through Attenti acquisition. Gornitzky represented sellers Apax in this strategic acquisition.

In other news, UAE Royal Family-owned Seed Group seeks opportunities in Israel through local presence. A new study, by Nishlis Legal Marketing, sheds light on Israel’s Legal Marketing landscape revealing data indicating a profession that has matured over the past decade, has become more professional and gained experience.
