As Israel gears up for the Jewish New Year, and a new school year, new developments and transactions continue with pace among Israel’s start-ups. Herzog Fox & Neeman acted for Swedish gaming giant, Embracer Group as it snapped up CrazyLabs, an Israeli gaming start-up, while traffic management start-up Waycare Technologies was bought by Rekor Systems, with Pearl Cohen representing Waycare and Tadmor Levy & Co. Levy advising Rekor.

Yigal Arnon represented Israeli financing company Michlol Finance as it raised NIS 110 million in a Tel Aviv IPO, while Shibolet & Co. was active in the capital market, advising Gama Management & Clearing Ltd. on its IPO on the TASE.
