As we head towards Valentine’s Day, there is a lot of love still in the air for the SPAC. Israeli digital payments company Payoneer is set for a $3.3B value SPAC merger, with Meitar acting as Israeli counsel, Davis Polk & Wardwell and Paul Hastings as regulatory counsel, while Morgan, Lewis & Bockius represented FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp. There were key sales in the insurance and cyber sectors, as Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. represented I.D.I Insurance Company (Bituach Yashir) in the complex sale of its manager insurance business to Menora Mivtachim Insurance, while H-F & Co. advised Israeli start-up as it was gobbled up by U.S.-based cyber company Rapid 7, represented by Gross Law Firm – GKH. Also in the cyber field Israeli CYE , represented by Yigal Arnon & Co.,  raised $120M in a round led by the global investment organization EQT Group, represented by Herzog Fox & Neeman.
