Shibolet & Co. acts for foodtech Vanilla Vida in its funding round and Gross Law Firm  acts on two IPOs for Mor Provident Funds and Grace Breeding.

When it comes to firsts, ThetaRay become first Israeli Fintech company to have its solution chosen by UAE financial institution. Herzog represented the company in this transaction. Ogen, represented by Vinograd & Co., completes it’s very first ESG funding round.

In other news, Brazilian mining company Vale SA drops USD 2 billion claim against Beny Steinmetz – represented by Asserson.

Tadmor Levy & Co.’s head of litigation, Yechiel Kasher, named Supreme Court Justice, being the third lawyer arriving from the private sector to be appointed to this honorable role. Nathan Meir & Co. joins Gross Law Firm with prominent municipal and local authority specialists.
