Israeli start-ups raised over $900M in December 2020, and there are already striking deals to pay attention to: Meitar | Law Offices and Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. advised on the $348M acquisition by NASDAQ-listed Ultra Clean Holdings of HAM-LET (Israel-Canada); Covington & Burling and Kirkland & Ellis advised as Elbit Systems of America bought U.S. undersea warfare company Sparton for $380M; DLA Piper represented U.S. company Paradox in its acquisition of Israeli AI chatbot startup Spetz.io, with Fischer Behar Chen Well Orion & Co supporting.

McDermott Will & Emery and EY will hold the 2021 J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, bringing together industry leaders, while Pearl Cohen will explore distribution agreements in the BioMed industry. Herrick, Feinstein LLP featured a panel which discussed the 2021 outlook in the sectors of hospitality and aviation.
