In Israeli high-tech we trust! LinkedIn to acquire Israeli marketing analytics company Oribi and open its first office in Israel. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is acting for the buyer and Gross Law Firm – GKH is advising the Israeli target.
Israeli digital health company MDClone, represented by Naschitz, Brandes, Amir, has completed a USD 63 million financing round. Looking back at February, Israeli start-ups raised USD 1.4 billion – marking it the first month since August 2021 failing to raise over USD 2 billion.
It was also in interesting week with regards to energy. YVS Energy Ltd., has raised NIS 100 million, in which Shibolet & Co. advised. Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evronacts for Nisko Group LTD. in its cooperation agreement with Supergas Energy Israel Ltd. Closely related, an insightful article titled – “Can Israel become Europe’s gas supplier?” with Europe realizing its complete dependency on Russia’s gas, and if played with the right cards, the crisis in Ukraine can be an opportunity for Israel’s gas exportation to Europe.
