Looking back we saw another busy week. Israel’s first pumped storage facility, Gilboa, was acquired by Generation Capital, represented by Gornitzky & Co and Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evron represented the seller and PSP.  Meitar  represented StarkWare in major transaction in the blockchain industry. Super-Pharm, represented by Yigal Arnon-Tadmor Levy, investments in Biotech for the first time and Unit becomes first banking-as-a-service unicorn with USD 1.2 billion valuation. Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) acts for the OcceaNow consortium in its bid to buy Haifa port.

In other news, S. Friedman & Co. and Ephraim Abramson & Co., have announced they will merge, effective July 1st. Morocco and Israel see the beginning of a beautiful tech friendship and IFLR1000 publishes Israel rankings in Banking & Finance and Project Finance. Last, we welcome Davis Polk & Wardwell to IsraelDesks – which now has nearly 40 law firms in its network.
