Teva, represented by Tulchinsky, Marciano, Cohen, Levitski & Co., becomes first pharma company that has offered bonds linked to sustainability targets – in first of a kind transaction and the largest issuance of SLB bonds to date.

Shibolet & Co. acts for Camtek on a USD 200 million in private notes offering. KAMADA’s latest acquisition, represented by Naschitz, Brandes, Amir, positions the company as a global leader. Mayer Brown represented the seller.

Taylor Wessing and Gornitzky write about a new tax treaty avoid double taxation, in light of the one year anniversary of the Abraham Accords.
