While we get ready to dip apples in honey and hope for a sweet New Year, there are many companies still immersing themselves in some eye-catchingly sweet deals.

Herzog has advised Israeli digital intelligence company Cellebrite as it completed a SPAC merger giving it a valuation of appx. USD 2.4 Billion, while Meitar and Goodwin Procter acted for U.S. buyer, Synaptics as it recorded its first acquisition in Israel, with the purchase of Israeli chipmaker DSP Group, represented by Morrison & Foerster,  for USD 540 million.

In a milestone transaction in the capital markets, Amiad Water Systems Ltd. transferred its listing from the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, with Naschitz Brandes Amir and Bryan Cave advising. RB-Doors completed its IPO on the TASE, raising NIS 125 million, with Shibolet & Co. advising and EBN’s Capital Markets department advises Alon Blue Square Israel in NIS 300 million bond issuance.
